The “Bill of Particulars” Refuted

Gene Nichol, a “Distinguished Professor” at UNC Chapel Hill, recapitulated his published rants against the Governor and the General Assembly on June 25, 2016, in The News and Observer. He refers to actions of the Governor and the General Assembly as “insanity,” “tragic,” “cruel and indefensible,” “Foundational un-American,” “stealing,” “Totalitarianism,” “threatening,” “coercion,” “degradation.,” and perjury.” He is quite a wordsmith.
